I don’t know about you but I’m getting pumped about football season. I’m so excited that I’m back to painting football art. Capturing the motion as they dash for a TD and all the colorful uniforms makes these interesting subjects. I used a combination of acrylic paint and crayon on paper for this piece. I’ve also included a video demonstration for your viewing pleasure. If you enjoy the new theme there will be plenty more of these around the corner. If not, don’t worry I’m always going to sprinkle a few horse and cow paintings in there.

Football paintings also make fabulous gifts for him.  If you have a special sports fan in mind be sure to contact me about a commission painting. Although I’m not comfortable with portraits I don’t mind doing baseball and football paintings. You can customize the painting by choosing your favorite team, colors and player so they can be incorporated in the painting. Something to keep in mind as we move closer to the holiday season.
