Mixed Media Fine Art Painting Tutorial. ‘Using Acrylic Ink And Paint’
What you’ll learn in this tutorial
In this tutorial, you’ll discover a few unconventional mixed media techniques that you may not have known existed. I’ll share some of these with you as I paint a Maine landscape with acrylic ink and paint on paper. I’ve also upgraded the video quality by using a Hi-Def camera.

Hi Robert, thank you for this new tutorial, very inspiring once more. Do you paint always on easel? Never on table? And always on the same paper? Best, Fredi
Robert Joyner
Fredi,
I have painted on a table, or flat surface in the past. But these days I prefer the easel and feel I’m more expressive with the brushes as opposed to sitting down where it’s easy to become tight.
Thanks for commenting! All the best to you.

Great tutorial! I have seen the inks but had no ideal how to use them – this is great! And the Hi-Def is fantastic. Your site is the first thing I check out every morning. Good stuff!

Navaeh,
Thanks for commenting. Glad you can benefit from the tutorials, and I agree-the Hi-Def is a plus. A nice chunk of change, but know it will improve the viewers experience.
